AmazonWireless announced on Friday that it has lowered the price of Verizon Wireless’ Motorola DROID BIONIC from $179.99 to $149.99 with a new two-year contract. The purchase also includes a $50 Amazon gift card and Digital Bonus credits that can be spent in the Amazon Appstore, on Amazon MP3s or used towards books from the Kindle Store. Verizon Wireless still offers the DROID BIONIC for $299.99 with a new two-year contract and, even at that price, we called it “one of the best phones the nation’s top carrier has ever carried.” The Motorola DROID BIONIC is equipped with a 4.3-inch display with a 960 x 540-pixel resolution, has an 8-megapixel camera capable of recording 1080p HD video, runs on Verizon’s 4G LTE network and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor.
