The Martian

might be the most interesting space movie hitting cinemas this year, and the new film has a brand-new trailer you should check out. Unlike other boring and unimaginative movie trailers, the crew behind this impressive new release imagined a very interesting way of presenting the movie.

The Martian tells the story of astronaut Mark Watney, who is presumed dead after a storm on the planet and left behind by the crew. Left with limited supplies and resources, Watney has to find a way to survive on the Mars, contact NASA and wait to be rescued.

A YouTube channel names ARES: live posted the new trailer for the movie. Rather than seeing Watney on the red planet in some sort of near-death experiences, the trailer focuses on the crew that’s supposed to visit the planet, making it look like this is an actual NASA mission.

“NASA offers a declassified look at the psychological testing involved in preparing the Ares 3 crew for their journey to Mars,” the video’s description begins.

The film stars a plethora of widely recognized actors, including Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kate Mara, Michael Pena, Kristen Wiig, and many others, and is supposed to hit theaters this October.
