“Phablet” fans can now preorder the Samsung (005930) Galaxy Note II from both Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T) for $300 and a two-year contract. AT&T says that pre-orders for the device are slated to ship on November 6th, while Verizon hasn’t yet given any date for when its preorders will ship. Sprint (S), which is also carrying the device, is expected to release its own pricing and pre-order information shortly. BGR recently reviewed the Note II and concluded that “it’s better in almost every way” compared to the original Note and is the go-to option for people who love gigantic smartphones.
