The dream of a stunning smartphone with a bezel-free display has finally been realized… and you’ll never get to enjoy it.

Have you ever heard of Oppo? If you live in the United States, the answer is probably “no” unless you’re a pretty hardcore Android fan. Based in Guangdong, China, Oppo Electronics is one of several smartphone vendors making waves in the East that haven’t yet washed ashore here in the West.

Once you get a look at the company’s upcoming new smartphone, however, Oppo will become a name you won’t soon forget.

DON’T MISS: This is probably the best collection of Material Design apps you’ll ever find

Pictured above is an unannounced Oppo smartphone that leaked on Weibo, and we know precious little about it. In fact, we don’t even have a name for this sleek new phone. What we do know, however, is that it features a design unlike anything we’ve seen so far.

Oppo’s upcoming new phone features a true edge-to-edge display with almost no bezel on either side. Not even the Sharp Aquos Crystal features side bezels this thin. It’s a truly impressive design feat, and the odds are pretty good that you’ll never experience it unless you live in China or in the surrounding area.

Hopefully this video of the phone in action will suffice:
