You can find an Airbnb in New York City for just $22 a night, but there’s a huge catch

Looking for a cheap place to crash while visiting New York City? You can certainly look for great deals, but the cheapest options you can find are probably on Airbnb. Among them, one location is particularly interesting, as it’s priced at just $22 per night.

Of course, there’s a huge catch.

The catch? You have to sleep in a “van with a view” to get that unbelievably cheap price, Curbed says.

A man named Jonathan is renting out various vans converted into sleeping quarters, as well as an old taxi and a camper. Sleeping in a car in New York City isn’t illegal, and if you’re really short on cash, this might come in handy.

The van is parked by the East River in Long Island City, but sometimes it has to be moved and loses its great view. Also, don’t expect showers or bathrooms in the van.

As you can easily see on Airbnb, guests seem to enjoy the experience of sleeping on the street in New York City, as the van has a 4.5-star rating and 10 reviews.

“Had a great time in Jonathan’s van! ” one user wrote. “Definitely a fun and creative idea and the whole thing worked out really well for us. The Manhattan skyline view was amazing during the day, and just incredible at night! Really enjoyed doing something different for a night, and would easily stay again. We were there from Sunday-Monday, and the park was full of people and activities on Sunday, it was great! The only challenge we had was that the park closed at 10 p.m., so we couldn’t use the restrooms when got home. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Thank you :)”

This is what the inside of the van looks like.
