We’re less than two weeks from E3 2014, but that hasn’t stopped Phil Spencer, head of the Xbox division, from hopping on Twitter to spend some time answering questions and discussing (in understandably vague terms) what we should expect to see in June. As we’ve noted previously, Spencer has been known for his community interaction for years — it’s nice to see the trend continue, even days out from one of the industry’s most important events.

DualShockers cobbled together some of the most noteworthy tweets from Spencer this week, a few of which we’ve included below.

“2 weeks and we’ll be able to discuss what we showed. Did an end to end run through of the briefing today, I like the show,” wrote Spencer in response to a question regarding how much of Microsoft’s first-party software would be Kinect-centric.

When asked what game he was most excited about at E3, Spencer couldn’t give a precise answer, but he did say there will be a few announcements that are special for him. Apparently we’ll be able to tell which announcements those are.

As for Xbox One updates, Spencer says that he is personally working on faster load times when inviting friends to games, and the team is still “making progress on parties, more work to do.” Spencer also showed his support for the Twitter hashtag #bringbackOGxboxgames to gauge interest in which franchises fans were most interested in seeing more of in the future.

Now that the console launches are out of the way, both Microsoft and Sony will be able to focus on games at their media briefings this year. We’ll be live at both, so be sure to park it on BGR on June 9th.
