You’d think that McDonald’s has enough menu items at any given time to satisfy most fast food tastes out there, but that might not be the case for all customers. In fact, seasoned McDonald’s buyers are probably familiar some of the secret menu items you can order at most McDonald’s locations but which are never listed on the board.

Website HackTheMenu has put together an extensive collection of secret McDonald’s menu items, as well as instructions for ordering them.

For example, the McDonald’s Big McChicken is a burger mostly made of meat. The sesame seed buns are replaced by McChickens patties that are supposed to hold everything in position.

The McGangbang is one of the most famous McDonald’s secret menu items, and it’s a combination of a McDouble and McChicken. What happens is that they place the McChicken sandwich inside of the McDouble (see following image).

The Monster Mac is high on beef. We’re looking at a Big Mac that has no less than eight beef patties — make sure to call your doctor before ordering one of these.

The McCrepe is also a combination of existing McDonald’s menu items. By merging hotcakes with yogurt parfait, you end up with the McCrepe.

The McLeprechaun Shake is the result of mixing a Chocolate Shake and a Shamrock Shake.

These are just five unusual McDonald’s menu items that you can ask for in various locations — just check the source link to see all the other available secret items (listed in the following image), complete with pricing information.

You should remember though that not all McDonald’s locations will serve all or any of these unofficial menu items, and not all employees might be familiar with them. But as long as you can describe what you want to the person serving you, they might be able to accommodate you.

McDonald’s UK told Mashable there is no secret menu, but did acknowledge the fact that its clients can customize their orders as they see fit.
