Both iPhone 5s, 5c to have bigger batteries than iPhone 5

As expected, it looks like Apple’s newest iPhones will have bigger batteries than earlier models. AnandTech has done some digging on the Federal Communications Commission’s website and has found that both the iPhone 5s’s battery comes in at around 1570 mAh while the iPhone 5c’s battery comes in at around 1507 mAH, both of which are larger than the iPhone 5’s 1440 mAh battery. What this means in more practical terms, says AnandTech, is that “the iPhone 5 ends up getting an almost 10% increase in size versus the iPhone 5” while “the iPhone 5c goes up around 5% versus the iPhone 5.”
