Doodle Jump: Hop the Movie game now free for iOS

Doodle Jump fans, we realize it might be hard to put down the game for a few minutes to read this post, but bear with us. Today, “Doodle Jump: Hop the Movie” launched for free in the App Store for iOS devices. The game was developed through a partnership between Lima Sky, which created the first Doodle Jump game, and Universal Pictures, for a new movie called Hop. As TouchArcade points out, you’ll take the controls as a rabbit named E.B., the son of the Easter Bunny who needs more practice jumping. There are twenty-five levels, eight of which are available now, and one new level will become available each day until Hop hits theaters on April 1st. Our high score during our first play was 4,074. Yes, we know it’s pathetic, but it’s the best we could do.
