Word is spreading that AT&T is having some major issues in California right now. Dropped calls a plenty with no ETA on when it might be fixed. According to one of our tipsters, AT&T even tried to buy him off placate him by offering him a $25 credit for his inconvenience. Savvy dude, he negotiated them up to $30.
