These aren’t leaked pictures of Apple’s new 12-inch MacBook Air… but they may be the next best thing. Designer Martin Hajek has created some beautiful 3D renders of what the new MacBook Air will look like based on important details reported earlier this week by 9to5Mac. As Hajek shows us in the picture posted below, the new MacBook Air will not only be insanely thin but will eliminate a lot of extra space on the sides of the device.

The new MacBook Air isn’t just lighter and slimmer, either — it’s also going to be the first MacBook to ditch several key ports from previous models, including full-sized USB ports, MagSafe connectors and SD card slots. Instead it seems the new ultra-thin MacBook will have one USB Type-C port and a headphone jack… and that’s it.

9to5Mac comments that the new MacBook will also feature a “tweaked keyboard, enhanced trackpad, and an improved speaker system,” all of which Hajek tries to accurately depict in his gorgeous 3D renders.
