At long last, the next Zelda game has a name.

Nintendo says The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the biggest games it has ever worked on, with an enormous open world to explore, enemies to battle, horses to tame and weapons to wield.

Although we’re still waiting to see more gameplay from the E3 2016 live stream, Nintendo has released a full trailer on YouTube to help tide us over in the meantime.

Here it is in all its glory:

There’s still plenty we don’t know, like why Link appears to be the only living human(-ish) inhabitant of Hyrule, but it doesn’t sound like Nintendo plans on talking about the story much at this year’s E3.

On the other hand, the gameplay is clearly the most important element of this reveal, as we see Link running, riding, gliding and climbing all over Hyrule. It’s not clear if Nintendo is basically making Zelda: Assassin’s Creed, but it looks like Breath of the Wild is going to focus heavily on exploration and traversal.

There’s also voice acting, which is virtually unheard of for this franchise. Are we finally going to hear Link speak in Breath of the Wild? Or will the voice be reserved for the characters that we didn’t actually see in the trailer?

Sadly, we’re going to have to wait quite a while to find out, as the new Zelda game isn’t scheduled to launch for the Wii U and the NX until 2017.
