Amazon’s Cloud Cam just launched, but you should get the WyzeCam instead

Amazon’s first home security camera is finally here, and it looks pretty great. The Amazon Cloud Cam includes most of the features you would expect in a home security camera. But truth be told, it’s pretty pricey for what it has to offer. Instead of spending $120 on a Cloud Cam, check out the $30 WyzeCam 1080p HD Wireless Smart Home Camera. It has all the key features from the Cloud Cam, but it also offers a full 14 days of free cloud recording storage for motion activity. The Cloud Cam, on the other hand, includes just one day of cloud storage. The only issue is it’s out of stock right now, but considering you can get four WyzeCams for the price of one Amazon Cloud Cam, we’d say it’s worth the wait.

Here are some key details from the product page:

* 1080p full HD live stream direct to your smartphone
* Night vision up to 30 feet away – even in total darkness
* Motion and sound detection with free rolling 14-day cloud storage
* Use the Wyze App (iOS and Android) to manage and share multiple cameras
* Magnetic base and included adhesive metal plate let you mount your WyzeCam anywhere – no screws required
