Well, Star Wars fans, you probably know the drill by now. Disney is done releasing official trailers for The Force Awakens, but the company keeps revealing unseen footage and certain plot twists in more and more TV teaser ads. Sure, the most important surprises will not be unveiled in trailers and teasers, and each new short ad seems to focus on some of the new characters. Take BB- 8, for example, that brand new Star Wars robot that already became a hit toy with fans. In the most recent commercial, we’re shown how the other, more famous, droids met the tiny guy.

Posted on U.K. carrier O2’s Twitter page, the 40-second ad shows two robots walking in the desert – nothing new for them there, right? As R2-D2 and C-3PO roll along, we get to see that C-3PO has an unusual red arm, though he’s ready as ever to complain about the road ahead.

And that’s where BB-8 makes its cute entrance. The three start talking, and BB-8 apparently tells them an important secret – though the ad will not show us what it is. “No need to look away. Mr. Abrams definitely didn’t let us put any spoilers in there!” O2 says.

It looks like R2-D2 and C-3PO were on a mission to meet BB-8, but we’ll just have to keep guessing until Star Wars: The Force Awakens premieres on December 18th. Meanwhile, check the new Star Wars ad below.
