A mere 24 hours after it appeared on a retailer’s website, Samsung has taken to its blog to officially reveal the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. The latest tablet in the Galaxy Tab line will feature a 7-inch 1024 x 600 resolution display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 2-megapixel rear camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The specs are unsurprisingly identical to the retail listing from Wednesday, but unlike that listing, Samsung’s blog post does not disclose a price for the tablet. The only official release information is that the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite will release in black and white variants, both of which will be offered globally.
