Sprint has sold 1 million LTE devices so far

Sprint (S) CEO Dan Hesse on Wednesday said that his company had hit a major milestone by selling more than 1 million LTE devices despite only launching its LTE network this past summer. FierceWireless reports that Hesse told Goldman Sachs Communacopia Conference attendees that Sprint’s biggest LTE sellers so far have been the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC EVO 4G LTE, and that the company’s unlimited data plans have been a big draw for wireless subscribers. Sprint expects that its LTE network will cover 123 million POPs by the end of the year.
