If we take the cautious estimate of 500,000 units sold over the release weekend, that gives AT&T a cool 125,000 new subscribers, all gained within a 3 day window. Actual number are likely much higher. This is no mean feat in an industry that is struggling for customer retention and experiencing record high churn levels. AT&T getting pimped? Never that.
