There are one or two huge movie releases left in the next month or so (one of which no one can stop talking about), but the impatient among us are already looking forward to 2016. Thankfully, we won’t have to wait long for the first blockbuster of the year, as The Hateful Eight is scheduled to hit theaters on January 8th.

Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight is one of the most anticipated movies coming out this year. The western tells the story of eight mysterious characters who are linked by some sort of collective past, and the first trailer isn’t really that revelatory. Released a few days ago, the short trailer shows some of the film’s characters focusing on Samuel L. Jackson and Kurt Russell.
