HTC hosting media event September 15th in London

HTC is circulating the above invite to members of the press taunting them to visit London on September 15th to see exactly what they’ve “dreamt up.” We’re secretly hoping that this will be the unveiling of the company’s first Windows Phone 7 handheld, but we have a feeling that it may be a little early for WP7 just yet; in that case this probably is a new Android device (hopefully not just for those folks who live across the pond). Rumored HTC devices on the table thus far are the Vanguard/Vision, Desire HDGlacierSchubert, and Mozart. Any guesses and/or preferences as to what HTC might have in store for us?

HTC's Mozart running Windows Phone 7 gets photographed

Smile and say cheese! PocketNow stumbled upon several images of the HTC Mozart, one of HTC’s yet-to-be-released Windows Phone 7 offerings, up on Twitter. The leak is from ROM chef Xmoo, and the phone looks very similar to the HTC Schubert images that we’ve seen. The hardware itself seems pretty sleek (it has that Nexus One look about it) and comes with an interesting, triangular battery door. Hit the jump for a few more images.

HTC's first Windows Phone 7 device videoed, to be called Schubert?

HTC has publicly stated that they are committed to the Windows Phone 7 platform and plan on having a device ready to go to market on (or shortly after) WP7 is formally announced by Microsoft, and a new leak from 247windowsphone.com seems to confirm that. A device being called the HTC “Schubert” has been videoed strutting its stuff for the world to see on YouTube. No detailed specifications of the device are given, but as you can see device has that Nexus One look and feel and is running a pre-release version of Microsoft’s next mobile operating system. Hit the jump, we’ve got the one minute thirty second clip all queued up for you. More →
