HTC’s One X+ smartphone gets official, features a 1.7GHz quad-core processor, Jelly Bean
HTC (2498) on Tuesday officially took the wraps off its One X+ smartphone, and it looks as though the device’s specifications are even more impressive than earlier rumors have suggested. The new smartphone will feature a 4.7-inch display, a Tegra 3 1.7GHz quad-core processor, a 2100 mAh battery, an 8-megapixel camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. And like all HTC phones, the One X+ will come preloaded with Beats Audio and its Sense 4+ user interface layered over Jelly Bean. The company says that the smartphone will be available worldwide sometime in November, although no pricing details or carriers have been announced.
