HTC Knight is a 4G QWERTY slider, runs Android 2.2

We just received some more information on the device known as the HTC Knight. In addition to a3.7-inch display, the HTC Knight will, in fact, sport a sliding QWERTY keyboard and 4G connectivity. The phone will also rock an 8-megapixel camera, and most excitingly, will possibly be powered by a dual core processor. Our source saw an early unit that had a 1GHz CPU, but he believes it’s possible there will be a dual core processor at launch. This seems to be Sprint’s version of the HTC Desire Z, as previously reported — and it’s not looking like a flagship phone at this point in time. If not, we have to wonder what else Sprint is cooking up right now.

T-Mobile's myTouch HD to have Android 2.2, front-facing camera

TmoNews has published a document that seems to shed a little more light on the myTouch HD handset due out from T-Mobile. The document details that the device will have a 3.8-inch screen, HSPA+ radio, Wi-Fi, 4 GB internal memory, micro-SD card slot ( 8 GB card included), 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, front-facing VGA camera, Android 2.2, and SWYPE. The document also touts the handsets “1 GHz dual processor” as a feature. Still no word as to when this bad boy is going to be street-legal, hopefully we’ll have more details to report soon. We’ve got the full document for you after the break. More →
