Nintendo knocked it out of the park with the Nintendo Switch last year, which is great news considering how badly the Wii U bombed. So many things make the Switch fun, but its best feature has to be the convertible design that lets players instantly go from gaming at home to gaming on the go. Well if you though the Switch was a nifty convertible gaming device before, just wait until you check out Nintendo Labo.

Unveiled earlier this week, Nintendo Labo kits are special modular kits for the Nintendo Switch console. They’re delivered as DIY kits with cardboard pieces that you punch out of a sheet. Then you follow the video assembly instructions on the Switch, and you end up with a crazy creation that integrates the Switch console and Joy-Con controllers. Here’s a video of how it works:

We told you this past Wednesday when the first Nintendo Labo kit became available for preorder, and now a second kit has hit Amazon. If you want them on launch day, definitely preorder the Nintendo Labo Variety Kit and the Nintendo Labo Robot Kit right now.
