We’re nearly there, Walking Dead fans… season 7 is almost over. Only two episodes remain of this year’s season, which definitely hasn’t always delivered what we expected. The second half of season 7 was much better than the first eight episodes, and I can’t help but wonder how AMC plans to end this Negan conflict. The trailer and preview video for episode 15 are finally available, but you should avoid them at all costs if you don’t want any spoilers.

Something They Need is the title of episode 15. “A group of Alexandrians embark on a journey,” the synopsis reads. “One member of the group must make a heartbreaking decision.”

It’s unclear at this time who that person with the tough decision is. The trailer seems to indicate that it’s Maggie, as her conflict with Hilltop boss Gregory might finally come to a head. In fact, we see Gregory wielding a knife while talking about peace with Maggie, and that’s definitely disturbing since we know Gregory is the kind of guy who’d tell Negan all about Maggie and Daryl.

Elsewhere, a bunch of the Alexandria folks are on some sort of a mission. Supposedly they’re going to meet the women at Oceanside, which Tara first discovered a few episodes ago. Whatever happens there, it won’t necessarily be a peaceful encounter.

Negan is also featured in this week’s trailer, saying that “this could be the beginning.” The beginning of what? A beautiful friendship is out of the question, so it’s likely the two sides are preparing for imminent war.
