Each and every year at CES, there are three press conferences in particular that everyone looks forward to. While the Consumer Electronics Show is always packed with thousands of companies that announce new products, this trio always tends to deliver the highest concentration of exciting and innovative new products. Two of those hotly anticipated press events won’t take place until tonight — Samsung’s presser kicks off at 5:00 PM EST, and Sony’s is set to begin at 8:00 PM EST. Long before we get there though, LG will look to wow CES attendees and onlookers from around the world with its big CES 2017 event.
Tech journalists and bloggers are already filing into LG’s huge CES 2017 press conference, which promises to be listed among the highlights of the show this year when all the dust settles and the smoke clears. As one of the biggest names in the consumer electronics industry, LG’s announcements will undoubtedly span a wide range of product categories, touching on just about everything you can imagine.
So what should we expect to see, specifically? There is precious little question that 4K Ultra HD TVs will take center stage. LG will show off its latest and greatest LCD and OLED televisions on stage at CES 2017 this year, and then we can look forward to seeing them roll out throughout the year. Considering how impressive LG’s 2016 lineup was — we still drool uncontrollably each time we lay eyes on this insanely hot OLED TV from LG — we should expect great things from LG on Wednesday morning.
Other announcements will likely include new computers, new tablets, and maybe even a smartphone or two. There will also be a wide range of connected home appliances shown off on stage by LG at its CES 2017 event. You can look forward to refrigerators, stovetops, ovens, washing machines, driers and more, all packing slick next-gen features you’ll lust after.
