Although it isn’t as popular as Spotify (yet), Apple Music has apparently done a better job of satisfying paying customers. This week, J.D. Power shared the results of its first streaming music satisfaction survey, and Apple Music came out on top.

“Apple Music is nearly always used on Apple devices, and the service performs highest in overall satisfaction in part because of the halo effect stemming from the brand’s ecosystem,” J.D. Power explains, according to 9to5Mac. In other words, Apple fans love their devices, as well as the apps and services on those devices.

“Apple Music has the highest incidence of customers who say they selected their provider because it is part of their device ecosystem, and the brand’s phone and tablet customers have the highest levels of commitment.”

The survey looked at seven different streaming music services: Amazon Prime Music, Apple Music, Google Play Music, Pandora, Rhapsody, Spotify and TuneIn. With six key measures in mind, including performance, cost, content and customer service, Apple Music managed to secure the top spot with 834 points.

To put that into perspective, Rhapsody came in second place with 826, Pandora took third with 825 and Spotify fell to fourth place with 824. Amazon and Google, which were tied for last, still managed to rack up 818 points.

The quality of these services is fairly subjective, especially considering how similar each of their content libraries are, but, at least for now, it appears that Apple Music has the most loyal and satisfied customers.
