Those kids these days with their iPhones and their Twitter and their Facebook… why can’t they be obedient and polite like they used to be? That’s the question that one mother recently asked when she decided to deliver a brutal cure to her kids’ social media addiction by first shooting and then sledgehammering their iPhone. And yes, it was all caught on video.

“I hereby denounce the effects that social media have on my children,” she shouts before taking a shot at the device. “I refuse to be cursed. I refuse to be disobeyed. I take back my role as your parent.”
“Good for you,” one of her kids yells back at her at one point. “We still don’t give two f—s.”
After she shoots the iPhone twice, the person filming the incident goes around picking up the pieces and puts them back on top of a stump. The mother then issues the coup de gras and takes a sledgehammer to the remaining pieces, thus ensuring the iPhone will never, ever work again… not that there was any doubt of that anyway.
