This weekend is Easter weekend and families across the country will get together to celebrate. They’ll eat, they’ll drink, they’ll be merry, and they might even enjoy an Easter egg hunt with the children. But there’s something else you should be doing this weekend to celebrate properly: Take advantage of the fact that everyone has obviously already finished their Easter shopping, and score tons of candy and other fun stuff at ridiculously cheap prices.

Companies always overstock their shelves ahead of Easter to make sure they have enough candy, Easter eggs, baskets and chocolate bunnies to go around. And now that everyone has finished their Easter shopping, all that inventory has to go somewhere.

So what happens next? That’s right, naturally it goes on sale.

Convenience stores and super markets in your area will have plenty of Easter goodies on sale beginning next week, but you don’t have to wait to take advantage of these sales. In fact, you don’t even have to leave your house. Sites like Amazon have tons of Easter candy and other holiday items available, and they’re already on sale since anyone buying things online has obviously already finished their Easter shopping.

Here are some prime examples:

Chocolate Easter Eggs — you’ll find all different shapes sizes and brands here, with deals like a 10 Ounce Bag of Cadbury Easter Candy Coated Mini Eggs for $6.20 and a full pound (63 pieces) of dark chocolate Easter eggs for $14.86.

Peeps — Peeps of all shapes and sizes can be found on Amazon, and they’re practically all on sale. A regular 10-pack of Peeps is only $4.49!

Other Easter candy — there’s so much available… your diet might not like it but your stomach will.

Easter baskets and plastic Easter eggs — get ready for next year right now and you’ll save a ton of money.

Take advantage of these deep discounts, you’ll be glad you did.
