Artist walks over 20 miles to create an incredible ‘Game of Thrones’ snow painting

We’re all waiting for HBO to kick off a brand new season of Game of Thrones next month, when we’ll presumably learn what really happened to Jon Snow. But in the meantime, a gifted artist recently showed his devotion to the show by walking no less than 20 miles to create an amazing Game of Thrones image on snow in the French Alps.

British snow artist Simon Beck used nothing but math and snowshoes to come up with a massive snow painting that shows a depiction of the sigil of House Stark.

The entire stunt took 13 hours, Digital Spy reports. Beck walked some 32.5 kilometers, or 20 miles, to draw the House of Stark sigil. In total, the work of art that spans 2.5 football pitches.
