Some times you just want an order of Egg McMuffins, Hotcakes and Sausage McGriddles no matter what time of day it is. If you’re that type of person then we have some great news for you: McDonald’s is going to start offering all-day breakfast at more than 14,000 of its franchises next month.

CNBC just reported on Twitter that McDonald’s on Tuesday voted to approve a plan to start offering all-day breakfast at 14,300 franchises starting on October 6th. McDonald’s held a trial of its all-day breakfast menu earlier this year on April 20th, which any pot smoke knows is the sacred holiday of 4/20.

At the time, however, McDonald’s only made certain breakfast menu items available all day: The Egg McMuffin, the Sausage McMuffin, the Sausage with Egg McMuffin, the Sausage Burrito, Hash Browns, Hotcakes, Hotcakes and Sausage, Fruit & Maple Oatmeal and Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfait.

We don’t know whether McDonald’s will make its full breakfast menu available at all hours of the day just yet, but this is still a good line of options for anyone who has a hankering for McBreakfast at 3 in the afternoon. The bottom line is that McDonald’s is about to make a lot of college kids very happy next month.
