Give McDonald’s credit: It knows exactly what people are looking for on April 20th. Per Nasdaq, it seems McDonald’s has picked the infamous stoners’ holiday as the day to start trying out its all-day breakfast program at certain locations in San Diego. This means that everyone who’s celebrating 4/20 on Monday in San Diego will be able to buy Egg McMuffins, Hotcakes and Sausage McGriddles no matter what time of day it is. Dude, what could be better?

Apparently the entire breakfast menu isn’t available, however. As Consumerist informs us, you’ll be able to buy the Egg McMuffin, the Sausage McMuffin, the Sausage with Egg McMuffin, the Sausage Burrito, Hash Browns, Hotcakes, Hotcakes and Sausage, Fruit & Maple Oatmeal and Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfait.

Wait, you can buy fruit and maple oatmeal from McDonald’s for breakfast? No respectable 4/20 celebrant would order anything like that! Hash browns and hotcakes all the way!

At any rate, if this program is a success — and really, how could it not be? — we imagine it will be rolled out to more McDonald’s locations by next year’s 4/20. And of course, we’re sure other fast food places will also give it a shot by then as well.

How did Taco Bell not think of this first?
