After comparing the top Android flagships of the year so far in an “ultimate comparison” video, 9to5Mac is back with a similar clip that looks at the main smartphone rivals of the year, Samsung’s fresh Galaxy S6 and Apple’s hot iPhone 6.

DON’T MISS: Dual-core iPhone 6 graphics performance crushes Samsung’s octa-core Galaxy S6

This year’s Galaxy S model is more similar to its iPhone counterpart than ever, with many people unsurprisingly saying the Galaxy S6 is an iPhone 6 clone. At the same time, however, the Galaxy S6 is far more than just an iPhone 6 replica, as it packs some incredible new technology, not to mention impressive hardware, especially when looking at the current Android landscape.

Whether you’re interested in a specs comparison, the phones’ designs, or learning more about the special software features of each of the two phones, the video will certainly help answer some of your biggest questions about the Galaxy S6 and its top rival.

Which device is the better option? “Well, I’m not here to tell you which of these devices is better,” Dom Esposito writes. “In fact, it would be hard to declare either one as the clear winner. Both the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6 are built from excellent materials and perform flawlessly with their respective operating systems. Aside from iOS vs Android, it’s going to come down to which device and ecosystem suits you the best.”

The full video follows below, with more information about the two phones available in BGR’s thorough iPhone 6 review (check this link) and Galaxy S6 review (check this link).
