There’s no better way to spruce up your Chrome browsing experience than with a fresh handful of extensions. We pointed you in the direction of The Next Web’s top 10 extensions for Google’s browser last month, and now Popular Mechanics is joining in with 15 suggestions of its own.

We won’t cover the whole list here, but these are the five that stood out to us as we read through the list.

First up is 1Password, a mobile app we’ve covered extensively on the site in the past that has since become a Chrome extension. This password management tool is invaluable for keeping up with your myriad online accounts and keeping them safe as well.

Next is Earth View. This isn’t a productivity extension — in fact, it’s quite the opposite, as you’re likely to get distracted by the gorgeous satellite shots of our planet at least a few times throughout the day.

Coupons at Checkout is a necessity if you’re an online shopper. This extension will automatically detect when you’re about to check out at an online store and will attempt to find and apply any valid coupons before you do.

Another extension that you might find useful: FVD Downloader. This extension lets you download videos from just about any webpage other than YouTube.

Finally, Office Editing for Docs, Sheets & Slides is the last extension that we’ll highlight. If you are tired of having to convert documents from one file type to another in order to edit from Google Drive, this is the extension for you.

Be sure to check out the full list over at Popular Mechanics.
