While Best Buy is currently offering a special deal on Motorola’s Verizon-only Droid Turbo flagship device, Amazon has a different Motorola deal in its online store and is targeting users looking for an affordable unlocked Android handset.

FROM EARLIER: Best Buy has an awesome deal on one of Motorola’s hottest phones of the year

The retailer is offering the 2014 version of the Moto G smartphone (unlocked GSM model) for $30 off the regular price, which means the phone costs just $149.99. Given the new Moto G’s specifications, paying $150 for the device is an absolute steal and is even more remarkable considering that the device was already this year’s best smartphone bargain.

The 2014 Moto G, still in stock at Amazon, is available in two color options, including black and white. The phone packs a 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 resolution, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, microSD support, 8-megapixel camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 2,070 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat (upgradable to Lollipop in the future).

The deal is valid for just around 19 hours, being Amazon’s special Gold Box deal of the day for Tuesday, and interested buyers can grab the handset right away by following the link in the source section below.
