We’re starting to get some quality leaks for Apple’s next-generation iPads. Nowhereelse.fr’s Steve Hemmerstoffer on Monday sent out a picture on his Twitter account showing an iPhone 5s sitting on top of what looks like a next-generation iPad Air. Hemmerstoffer didn’t provide many details about the device in his tweet and only writes “Hello iPad 6” in a caption. The most notable feature in the leaked picture is the silver ring around the device’s home button, which is a surefire indication that it will feature the Touch ID fingerprint scanner that is a linchpin of Apple’s strategy for conquering the world of mobile payments.

This is the second time in a week that pictures of the next-generation iPad Air have leaked out, although this picture shows the tablet much more up close than the photos we saw last week. The new iPad Air will reportedly have the same display size as the original iPad Air with the exact same resolution of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels, or 264 pixels per inch. However, the device will also reportedly be upgraded to include Apple’s next-generation A8 processor and will also feature an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera that will be an upgrade from the first iPad Air’s 5-megapixel camera.

Hemmerstoffer’s picture of the new iPad Air follows below.
