After starring in leaked images, the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 phablet dummy unit has appeared in its first videos, with TechSmartt having taken a look at the iPhone mockup and compared it with the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 dummy unit, but also with actual handsets including the iPhone 5s, the Galaxy Note 3 and the LG G3.

The 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is “absolutely huge” when compared with the 4-inch iPhone 5s and with the 4.7-inch iPhone 6. But the dummy unit sports the same design lines as the 4.7-inch iPhone 6, which was so far the most leaked iPhone 6 version. Both devices have a slim profile with rounded corners and edges, and they feature redesigned volume rockers, a power button on the right side atop the SIM tray, and a new rear camera flash.

More interestingly, TechSmartt found the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is actually bigger than the Galaxy Note 3 when it comes to height, even though the former would have a smaller display than the Samsung 2013 flagship phone, which has a 5.7-inch screen.

Similarly, the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is significantly bigger than the G3 as well, a handset that also sports a 5.5-inch display. The screen-to-front-side ratio is in G3’s favor, which doesn’t have buttons on the front, and features much thinner top and bottom bars.

The video showing the iPhone 6 phablet follows below.
