The Surface Pro 3 is most likely one of the best Windows 8.1 tablets/laptops around, and Microsoft is eager to offer it to interested consumers. The company announced it will start taking pre-orders online at midnight, with Microsoft and Best Buy retail stores ready to begin sales of some configurations on Wednesday in the U.S.

Microsoft has released pricing details for the five different Surface Pro 3 models it will have in stores starting either tomorrow or on June 20th, with the cheapest tablet featuring an Intel Core i3 processor, 64GB SSD and 4GB of RAM, priced at $799.

The two Intel Core i5 versions cost $999 and $1,299. The basic Core i5 version includes a 128GB SSD and 4GB of RAM, while the top model features double the storage and RAM.

The company will also sell two Intel Core i7 models that will both have 8GB of RAM. The 256GB SSD model will retail for $1,549, while a version with a bigger 512GB SSD drive will cost $1,949.

Microsoft has also released pricing details for Surface Pro 3 accessories.

Each Surface Pro 3 model ships with a free Surface Pen stylus, which otherwise retails for $49.99. The new Surface Pro Type Cover will cost $129.99 and the Docking Station for Surface Pro 3 will cost $199.99.

Cheaper accessories include the Pen Loop ($4.99), the Surface Ethernet Adapter ($39.99), and the additional 36W Power Supply ($79.99).

The Surface Pro 3 will reach international markets starting on June 20th, when Canadian buyers will be able to get it. Windows users in 26 other countries will find it in stores by the end of August.
