This isn’t a prank: One of the best Android phones of 2013 can be yours, free of charge, if you pick it up before the end of the day. HTC sent out a promotional email on Tuesday announcing a limited-time offer which will allow any customer to purchase an HTC One (M7) with a two-year contract without paying a penny up front for the phone. HTC will even include free express shipping.

We’ve checked each carrier listed on HTC’s website — Verizon, AT&T and Sprint — and the promotion can be applied to all three, no matter which color you decide on.

The all new HTC One (M8) is the best Android phone in the world right now, but if you want to save some money and you’re content with last year’s model, there might not be a better deal for quite some time. So head over to HTC’s website to get your own free HTC One before the offer expires on Tuesday night.
