Apple may truly hate its court-appointed antitrust monitor but it looks like the company is stuck with him. Reuters reports that U.S. District Judge Denise Cote on Monday ruled that court-appointed antitrust monitor Michael Bromwich would stay on to make sure that Apple is complying with various court orders. Cote last summer found Apple guilty of conspiring with publishers to fix the price of eBooks in a case that Apple vowed to vehemently appeal. Apple’s co-conspirators in the price-fixing case have all already settled with the government.
