An image of what is claimed to be the front panel and display assembly from Apple’s next-generation iPhone 5S has surfaced on Chinese micro-blogging service Sina Weibo. The components appear on an assembly line, lining up with earlier reports that stated mass production of Apple’s iPhone 5S display has begun. The image, which was originally spotted by GForGamers, also suggests that the smartphone will include redesigned flex cable connectors, which aligns with BGR’s earlier exclusive report. The latest rumors claim the iPhone 5S will be equipped with a new A7 processor, a fingerprint scanner and an improved camera with a dual-LED flash. Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 5S this fall. The leaked photo follows below.
