Samsung (005930) will show off a new 8-inch device at the Mobile World Congress trade show next month, and thankfully it will be a tablet and not another giant smartphone. Engadget on Monday spotted an interview that Samsung mobile chief JK Shin conducted with the Korean iNews24 where he confirmed that his company will unveil an 8-inch Galaxy Note tablet at MWC in Barcelona. Earlier rumors have indicated that the new Note will feature a display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 2GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
