The tech world was stunned on Thursday with news that Google (GOOG) is reportedly talking with satellite television provider Dish Network (DISH) to build its own cellular network. 9to5Google is now reporting that the partnership is “really happening” and that its network will be a data-only service with “voice and SMS only being used as VoIP services, likely with Google Voice.” Google will reportedly roll out its network by mid to late 2013.
