A judge for the U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday handed Apple (AAPL) another legal victory over Samsung (005930), according to Bloomberg. The South Korean manufacturer was found to have infringed upon four of Apple’s patents, including one for the design of the iPhone and another for touch-screen technology. Samsung’s smartphones and tablets, however, were found to have not infringed upon two other patents. The preliminary ruling is still subject to review by the full commission but if upheld Samsung could be prevented from importing its devices into the country. Apple is seeking to block sales of more than a dozen Samsung smartphones and tablets, including Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy S II, and Galaxy Note.
