My boss relies exclusively on his BB corporate email and this caused some serious issues when he was travelling. I couldn’t get the proper email replies to move on certain things. Free CRAPPS cannot make up for the downtime. PERIOD!!!

I’m not saying it wasn’t an inconvenience (some were impacted more than others) but it isn’t like BlackBerry service goes down weekly.   I think 1 day in the past 2-3 years isn’t a showstopper….
