Images of HTC Puccini (Jetstream) tablet revealed

Tablets

Images of HTC’s upcoming 10-inch tablet have been revealed, further suggesting that a launch could be fast approaching. BGR exclusively revealed the first official renders of the Honeycomb device late last month, and we also said it will feature a 10-inch display and an 8-megapixel camera with a dual-LED flash. Additional reports suggested HTC’s upcoming slate will also feature a 1.5GHz processor and that it will launch as the HTC Jetstream with 4G compatibility. Engadget has posted photos of the device, and the site also reports that it will actually feature a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. A few more images of the device follow below.

4G LTE = awesome.  I hope Verizon gets it too. Can’t believe their going with AT&T for an LTE launch. HTC seems to keep going with Tmobile (Sensation) and Sprint (Evo Tablet) and it’s got to be hurting their sales. I can see Tmobile as being a GSM network, but Sprint? Really?

I am also worried about the weight though. With Sammy and Apple having the super thin and light weight tablets, the other ones (XOOM, original ipad, et al) seem heavy now.

Looks like every other 10″ tablet on the market. except for those huge ugly logos on the front.

Has HTC started making tons of apps as well? Because the apps are what sell the iPad, and Android tablets aren’t going to be on the same level until that problem is solved. Hardware is secondary.

I just paíd $ 23.86 for an iPhone 4 and my girlfriend loves her Panäsoníc Lümix Cämera that we got for $38.78 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch HD-TV to my boss for $625 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, GrabPennу.com

HoneyComb SUCKS! Anyone that says different is nuts! It’s buggy, sluggy & the UI/UX is ugly & horrible. The days of confusing UX is over! That’s why the iPad has its own market & the rest of these “tablets” are doomed. It’s 2011, stop trying to confuse your customers with tech, thinking it makes your product seem better & more functional. Major FAIL! HTC is trying their hardest to stay neck-in-neck with Samsung, even though they’re doing better financially! This HoneyComb/Android saga always brings these OEM’s back to the fact that they don’t innovate or create any of their key functions or designs in their products/devices. They’ll be in court real soon with Apple, once Microsoft is done with them! Suckers!
