Samsung Galaxy S II 'Celox' with 4G LTE leaked

mobile

Korean tech news site IT Tong has released details and images of an unannounced Galaxy S II model codenamed “Celox.” Unlike the current Galaxy S II devices, the Celox packs support for 800/1800/2600MHz 4G LTE networks. That means the handset could make its debut in European markets and, hopefully, in the United States with different bands at a later date. The Galaxy S II Celox reportedly offers a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 16GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel camera for forward-facing video chats. It’s unclear when or where the Celox will make its debut at this time, but we’re definitely excited at the possibility of a 4G LTE-enabled Galaxy S II.

From the front, it looks a lot like the iPhone 4.

Can the front look more like an iPhone? I guess imitation is a sign of flattery.
If you don’t have an iPhone, you don’t have an iPhone.

That’s what I said, I was looking at that picture and wait a minute, that’s a big iPhone… Hell, they probably copied the iPhone 5 with it not even being released. Lmao

I was hoping for qHD on this one… oh, well, maybe the SGS III will have it.

I hope this is the SGS II for Verizon and we don’t end up with a retarded slider like Sprint did last time.

All this talk of GSII just makes me more pissed that we don’t have the phone yet. Seriously, what are the carriers thinking? Verizon at the very least should have it out by now. There was far too much money on the table to not release the phone. If consumer dollars don’t talk, I don’t know what does. I’m so confused.

They are waiting until the iPhone 5 is released, especially Sprint and T-Mobile.

    • Lilnok666

They haven’t released in the US simply because they are awaiting the Iphone 5 release. My guess is that this phone will release in the US a few weeks before the Iphone does. Plus it looks like they may be trying the implement 4g into the US phones so that takes a little redesigning of the internals

You dont see any lawsuits filed by Apple against Samsung? What are you a dumbass.

    Nice looking phone.

  • dubz_01

does this mean that the GSII for verizon is possibly NOT 4G?

Considering a Verizon version would need CDMA support, they are going to get a separate model from this one.

I wonder how much work it would be to add 700Mhz bands (for both AT&T and Verizon) so this can be a global phone.

What about the “Samsung Galaxy S II 4G” that Bell is advertising in Canada?

I am getting nervous here.  I hear from all my fellow Goofans (aka Apple Haters) that Apple is the worst designer in the history of tech. They tell me that Apple’s products are horrible, their packaing is cheap, etc. If that’s the case, why is Samsung trying to make their phones look like iPhones???  I am getting angry at Sammy for not coming up with really cool designs.  If you want good designs you must do the opposite of what Apple does.  Right?

Your dedication to trolling is unmatched. I’d love to buy you a few bags of Cheetos AKA TrollFuel.

Thanks man!  That and a Red Bull and you get the typical diet of a Goofan (aka Apple Hater) such as yourself.  So just name the time and place and I will be there.  I am in New York City!

At best I see the iPhone 5 specs only matching this.

No wonder Apple is suing Samsung.  I would too if my competitor’s product is this formidable.

I paid $22.85 for an iPhone 4-32GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $674 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, CentHub.com
