Unnamed Samsung Android slider headed for AT&T

Exclusive

If Samsung’s Android lineup is feeling a little sparse on AT&T, don’t worry… there’s about to be a new flagship in town. We have just exclusively received a photo of an unnamed Samsung device complete with sliding QWERTY keyboard that’s headed to AT&T in the coming months. While we don’t have much to go on, the device will sport the four-button Android layout as opposed to Samsung’s typical three-button layout at AT&T’s request, and the QWERTY keyboard even reflects that.

This better not be the SGS 2 with a keyboard, all good keyboards need to have a dedicated number row..aka 5 row keyboard. I hope this is a low/mid range device and not an SGS2!!

nice looking iphone.  oh wait the words call it a Samsung so it can’t be physically like the iPhone 4 at all….right?

Just great more new device. just wish could of hold out my Atrix for this one really would love a full screen with full qwerty keyboard that’s a pretty nice Samsung

Landscape keyboards suck in the one-handed use department. Can’t type up a message while carrying something or pulling a luggage cart with the other. Portrait keyboard is the way to go.

“the device will sport the four-button Android layout as opposed to Samsung’s typical three-button layout at AT&T’s request”. I could be wrong here but I thought the three button design was for over seas and the four button design was always stateside. not really sure the four button part of this is a shocker or news to anyone

AT&T variant of the Galaxy S II?  Like Sprint’s Epic 4G?  Hmmm.  Looks nice though!

I prefer the 3-button layout over the 4-button one, but it’s not really an issue.

I wish they could have just kept it with the same design as the Euro-based model. Change the name for all I care…the Epic 4g is huge. Looks like this one will be too.
