Motorola DROID 3 spotted on Verizon’s website

mobile

We’ve already seen plenty of leaks and even a how-to video on Verizon’s upcoming Motorola DROID 3, but now full 360-degree images of the phone have been leaked. The images confirm what we’ve seen before: the DROID 3 will offer a similar design to the two DROID phones that came before it, including a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It will, however, get a hardware spec boost. We’ve heard the device will pack a 4-inch 960 x 540 qHD display, a dual-core processor, support for HDMI-out, and an 8-megapixel camera capable of recording HD video. The latest rumors suggest that the phone could be announced as soon as July 7th, but unfortunately it doesn’t look like support for Verizon’s 4G LTE network will be included.

When you guys decide to hire an official grammar/spelling checker, I want to be first in line. The struggles you (collectively) seem to have with typing o and 0 are nothing short of baffling to me.

more important things to worry about than a creatively mis-typed word on an internet website.. always something to complain about

Well, I was going to complain about locked bootloaders, don’t-call-it-MotoBLUR, the fact that I wanted this phone to have 4G, VZW’s killing off their unlimited data plan, the fact that the SGS II probably won’t have 4G either (which makes me sad, as I lust after it), the lack of Nexus phones for VZW (the DInc doesn’t count), or other things that I can’t think of right now.

But those are played out. So I figured I’d poke at BGR’s inability to spell correctly.

MotoBLUR and lack of 4G have me not only passing on this phone but frustrated with Moto.  Here’s hoping the next Nexus is available on Verizon.

OH YEAH BABY!!!! The DROID started the android revolution. Without VZW releasing the original DROID there would be no android today. This is gonna be a great DROID.

What?! The G1 was the first phone to start the Android revolution because HTC created 2x more Android devices than MOTO

      • Nofan

What iNorm is trying to say is that the Android movement would not have taken off like it has without the release of the Motorola Droid with VZW.

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, LiveCent.com

It’s a sexy looking phone. If I were on Verizon, I would definitely want this.

Android is close to some milestones – hitting 50,000 different phone models, and 60,000 in total phone sales.
