      Comparable to what?

Too bad a decent SSD build and 1600×900 runs closer to $2000 still. That’s the former Z territory.

This laptop seems to be the best available by far for 13″

So where is the new Z?  Is this their flagship now?

I think I’ll avoid Sony for a while.

What happened to the good old days when Sony was actually known for putting quality behind their electronics? Damn thing looks like a bastardized MacBook.

It’s more accurate to say that Apple copied Sony…  if you know the history of the Vaio.

You have got to be kidding!!!! Pathetic HAY-TERRRRRRRR

I didn’t say that Sony was better than Apple…  just that much of their laptop design was copied by Apple.  Apple hired Sony notebook engineers to design their Intel powered notebooks years back.  I don’t own either brand of computer, so it’s no skin off of my arse if you believe me or not.

You don’t have to take my word for it.  A little Googling will tell you.  Unless you’re philosophically opposed to using Google.  I dunno…

While you’re at it, do a search for “Sony x505″ and tell me it doesn’t bear a pretty fair resemblance to the MacbookAir.  Guess which one was first…
