AT&T and Samsung holding press event on Thursday

There isn’t too much to go off of the invite we have just received, but there is no doubt AT&T and Samsung will be out in full force for this announcement. Are we looking at a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for AT&T? Maybe something out of left field? You’ll just have to tune in to see our live coverage on Thursday.

      Hopefully. Not that I want it on ATT but it would mean the other carriers are closer to getting it…. I donn’t think I’ll see the S2 on Sprint until atleast a couple months after the EVO though since that’s their “baby”

      i’d buy an international unlocked SGS2 before i’d buy SGS2 AT&T variant. as it stands, going to be hard for me to go back to AT&T even with an unlocked one.

      but i’m thinking that’s what this announcement is for

    Im hoping that it’s the announcement of the SGS II, but could also be announcing Gingerbread for the Captivate.

    Actually, it’s probably just now confirming that Froyo is finally available for the Captivate.

    I don’t think its for the infuse b.c they already announced that. However, it does say product demos so they might just be re-announcing it.

    SGS2 or Galaxy Tab and I’m happy but I really doubt they would get anything out so fast. ATT let new devices sit in QA until they’re mid-tier and then release.

    Probably Infuse.

    Oh well. I’ve always imported my own devices. I think I’ll stay with that habit and my unlimited DATA for 15$

    Hope its the announcement that the Infuse will be available May 6th. It’ll be the first mobile with a 4.5″ screen, which is much needed for huge-fingered peeps like me. Plus browsing with a bigger screen isn’t so bad either.

    Galaxy tab 8.9 would be huge but may be I’m just day dreaming…
    I would be pissed if this is not about SGS II or 10.1 tab. Even though I have nothing to do with ATT, I would at least like to see how they look and some release dates. To see when it shows up on t-mobile

    I heard they were going to announce which Samsung phones will have HSUPA disabled and a LTE soft launch for 2025. Could be wrong.
