Who want’s one if the battery only lasts 4 hours or so?

I’m not trying to defend the TB likes its the best phone out there, but once a 1900-2000mah battery releases that should provide at least 3-4 hours longer of battery life, which will be close to the iPhone5 battery life. So not a big deal to me.

People shouldn’t have to pay $50+ for another battery when the phone already retails for over $600. So just simply saying people should purchase an extended battery is just dumb.

Saying that people should purchase a battery for $50 is dumb. You can get 2 or 3 spares plus a wall charger on ebay for around $15. Sure, they’re not replacement batteries, they’re just spares, but that’s as much as you’d need.

What gives you any hope that a 1900-2000 battery will be released that will fit in the phone without a bigger case? Seidio is carrying a 1600, and Mugen is offering a 1650. I’ve never seen anyone offer a battery that’s 500-600 more mAh than stock. But I’d love to be wrong.

Sounds like you’ve never used one. Once the novelty period wears off, you can get a day’s use out of it. I just did yesterday; push email on all day, a couple calls, a couple texts, figuring out where to go with the HopStop app, using Kindle app for many hours, etc.

2010 hardware selling in a dual core world. Wouldn’t take it if you paid me.

I’m stuck for 9 more months. So when Verizon eliminated 1-year contracts I am glad that I will be able to upgrade by Jan 2012. By then Quad-Core will be introduced, Dual-Core will be 2011 technology. LOL!

It’s the best Android phone on the market today, and will be the last best Android phone you can buy on a 1 year contract.

But if you’re a T-Mo lover, then wait for the Sensation and go Every More Plus.

Just wait two weeks this like other cheap pos android phones will be $49.00.

Just added a line on to my account for a family member through Verizon’s telesales department. They matched this price plus gave me free shipping and waived my activation fee.
